Pressure cook toor dal with turmeric until soft (3-4 whistles).

Separately boil the vegetables (banana, pumpkin, drumstick) until tender.

Mix vegetables into the cooked dal. Simmer together 5 min.

Heat ghee, add panch phoron and bay leaf. When seeds crackle, pour over the dal.
