How to install

Download the APK
Tap the orange Download button above. Your phone will save it to the Downloads folder.

Allow installs from this browser
When prompted, tap Settings → Allow this source. Android blocks unknown installers by default — this is normal for any app outside the Play Store.

Open the APK and install
Tap the downloaded file (or open Files → Downloads → sugarsmart.apk). Tap Install.

Sign in and scan your first meal
Use the same email you signed up with on the web — your meal plans, A1C, and history sync automatically.
Safety note:The APK is signed by SugarSmart AI and matches the version we'll publish to the Play Store. Sideloading does not weaken your phone — it just means you're installing directly from us instead of through Google's storefront. You can uninstall any time from Settings → Apps.
